Yes. Our digital backdrops are compatible with most photo editing software that supports image layering. This includes popular programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and GIMP, among others.

Our Digital Backdrops are provided in high resolution, ensuring the highest quality and sharpness for your projects. All backdrop images are provided in JPEG file format at 300 DPI, making them ideal for both digital and print use.

The exact dimensions of each backdrop images are given in the listing description for each individual backdrop sets. The general dimensions range from 6000px to 12000px.

Payment Declined

If your credit or debit card was declined, please check the following:

• Card expiry date
• If your card billing address is different from the billing address you informed on checkout.
• If the above doesn't help, your Credit Card Company or bank will have more information. If using PayPal, please contact PayPal directly if your payment has been declined.

Sales tax is a tax charged on the supply of goods and services. You may also know it as VAT or GST, depending on where you live. Unfortunately, Next Level Photographer has no control over the tax rates of different countries. Sales tax is automatically applied to your Next Level Photographer order in accordance with individual state codes and regulations.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and ShopPay. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on delivery.

In order to help you, we have prepared a short step-by-step guide below:

• Select the product you wish to buy.
• When you are ready, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now".

• If you have a "Discount code", you can apply it on the checkout page.

• Confirm all your details and shipping method is correct. When you are ready, click "Continue to payment".         
• Finally, enter your payment details. When you are ready, click 'Pay Now.
• As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and an email with the download link to access your purchase to the email address you provided during checkout.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter a valid e-mail address on which you would like to receive your order. Immediately after making your payment, you will receive an e-mail to the address provided, containing a link to download the product you purchased. Click on the link and you will be able to download your Digital Backdrops directly to your device.

Remember to also check your spam or junk mail folder, in case the e-mail was mistakenly delivered there.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add hello@nextlevelphotographer.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your spam folder accidentally.
